This FLAT push-button switch in AISI 316 stainless steel with LED light ring is a latching ON-OFF switch for panel mounting in 12 V electrical circuits. The switch can handle a load of up to 20 A and features a white, circular LED light ring around the push surface.
The low-profile housing is CNC-machined from AISI 316 stainless steel. The material and IP67 protection make the switch suitable for installations in exposed environments where the front may be subjected to moisture and water. IP67 indicates protection against temporary immersion.
The switch has a visible front diameter of Ø22 mm and a total mounting depth of 37 mm. It is mounted through a round panel hole and secured with the threaded M19 × 1.0 neck. The design is patented and has a stated lifespan of 20,000 activation cycles.
The function of the LED light ring can be customized during connection. Diagram A provides a constantly lit ring, while diagram B makes the light ring shine only when the switch is in the ON position. This allows for a choice between orientation lighting and clear indication of the switch's active status.
A pre-assembled cable set with item no. 14.215.20 can be used for quick installation and includes a jumper cable for selecting the LED function. A set of 40 backlit switch labels for FLAT switches is available under item no. 14.215.25. The accessories are not documented as included.
