This FLAT stainless steel push-button switch with LED ring is a latching ON-OFF switch for electrical panels and 12 V DC installations. This variant is rated for 20 A and features an integrated red LED ring that clearly marks the switch and its function.
The switch housing is CNC-machined from AISI 316 stainless steel. The flat, round front has a diameter of 22 mm, while the total mounting depth including terminals is 37 mm. The switch is mounted in a panel with an M19 × 1.0 thread.
The IP67 enclosure rating provides protection against temporary immersion. The design is patented, and the expected electrical lifespan is 20,000 switching cycles.
The LED ring function can be selected through the wiring. In configuration A, the light ring is permanently on when the installation is powered. In configuration B, the light ring only turns on when the switch is in the ON position. The connection includes separate terminals for DC power, the LED, and the connected device.
The pre-assembled wiring harness, part no. 14.215.20, can be used for quick installation or repair and includes a jumper to select between permanent light and light in the ON position. The wiring harness has 15 cm leads and makes the series' 12 V switches compatible with 24 V system voltage. The symbol and label set, part no. 14.215.25, contains 40 backlit marine labels for FLAT switches.
