Flexible PVC fender profile for pontoons, quays, and mooring piles in black finish protects vessels and fixed structures against contact and impact during mooring. The profile measures 70 × 70 mm and is supplied as a single 2 m piece.
The flexible PVC construction acts as shock-absorbing edge protection along marina facilities, pontoons, floating docks, quays, piers, and mooring piles. The profile can also be used as a protective fender profile on workboats and fishing vessels.
The profile has a flat mounting base of 70 mm and a projection of 70 mm from the mounting surface. The hollow, curved profile design allows for deformation upon contact, thereby helping to dampen the load between the vessel and the structure.
The profile is not pre-drilled and is mounted with through-bolts or screws, allowing the placement of fastening points to be adapted to the surface. Fastening hardware is not included. The PVC material is UV-resistant and suitable for use in a maritime environment.
Delivery consists of one black profile in a fixed length of 2 m. There is no documented compatibility with specific pontoon systems, mounting brackets, or boat models.
