This flexible PVC insert for anodized aluminum fender profile is a black insert for constructing a complete fender and rub rail profile system along the boat's hull. The insert is made of flexible PVC and is supplied as a 24 m roll.
The PVC insert is installed as the external, flexible part in a separate aluminum base. It is compatible with the anodized aluminum profiles with item no. 44.486.10 and 44.487.10, which both have a nominal profile height of 56 mm. The aluminum profiles are sold separately.
Profile 44.486.10 has the compatibility dimensions H 56 mm and A 14+5 mm, while profile 44.487.10 has H 56 mm and A 14 mm. These dimensions apply to the aluminum profiles and not the cross-section of the PVC insert itself.
The system can be finished with black plastic end cap 44.486.01, white plastic end cap 44.586.01, or stainless steel end cap 44.484.02. The end caps are separate system components. Alternative insert colors are available as white 44.486.12 and gray 44.486.13.
