This PVC insert for fender profile is a flexible, white standard insert for a modular fender and rub rail system. The insert is supplied as a complete 24 m roll and forms the visible, flexible part of the system along the boat's hull.
The insert is mounted in the separate anodized aluminium profile with item no. 44.485.10. The complete system protects the side and edge of the hull against contact and minor impacts. The aluminium profile acts as a fixed base, while the PVC insert forms the outer fender profile.
The cross-section of the PVC insert measures 23 × 15.3 mm. This variant is white and made of flexible PVC. This is the standard insert and not the larger oversize variant.
The aluminium profile and end terminals are not included and must be ordered separately. Matching terminals are available in black plastic, item no. 44.479.03, white plastic, item no. 44.579.03, chrome-plated brass, item no. 44.485.01, and stainless steel, item no. 44.484.01.
