This flush-mounted inspection hatch in the FLUSH CE series is a square, white access hatch for recreational boats. The hatch has an external dimension of 375 × 375 mm, a clear internal dimension of 285 × 285 mm, and is installed in a cutout of 300 × 300 mm.
The profiled lid completely covers and hides the frame when the hatch is closed. The hinges are flush with the hatch surface, and it can be opened 180°, providing unobstructed access through the opening. The surface is walkable, although no maximum load is specified.
The hatch is made of Luran S plastic and has a UV-resistant construction. It is intended for flush mounting so that the closed hatch appears level and without a visible frame around the lid.
The FLUSH CE series is CE-approved based on UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 and type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. This variant can be installed on recreational boats in design categories A, B, C, and D in installation areas II a, III, and IV. The tightness rating is 2 and should not be confused with an IP class.
A white lock set with item no. 20.093.00 can be installed directly and is sold separately. The white spare handle 20.339.00 is compatible with the hatch. The white and black storage pockets 48.434.10 and 48.434.20 are also prepared for mounting on this model.
