Foldable transom boarding ladder in AISI 316 stainless steel for safe and comfortable access between the boat and the water. The ladder is designed for permanent, vertical mounting on the boat's stern and is available in standard and narrow versions with 3, 4, or 5 steps.
The foldable construction allows the lower section to be flipped up against the upper part when the ladder is not in use. This reduces the projection and makes it suitable for boats where space is limited. The narrow version is particularly suitable for inflatables and RIBs.
The ladder is made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel, which is suitable for maritime use. The steps feature an oval profile with a more comfortable tread surface than traditional round tube steps, and the top is equipped with non-slip plastic material for better footing when boarding.
Depending on the variant, the length is 630, 900, or 1150 mm, while the width is 260 mm for the standard version or 220 mm for the narrow version. The center distance is 240 or 200 mm, respectively. The 5-step model has Ø22 × 1.2 mm side rails, a step spacing of 245 mm, and a bottom step positioned approximately 15 mm from the end of the ladder. The lower folding section measures 350 mm, and the mounting arms have a distance of 118 mm to the mounting surface, a bending radius of R55, and a support projection of 138 mm.
The ladder is supplied for permanent mounting. It can be made detachable with the separate quick-release kit, item no. 49.560.00, which consists of two plates and two brackets for 22 mm tubes. The kit is an accessory and not standard equipment.
