Foldable swimming ladder with curved deck mounts is a practical boarding ladder for boats, making it easier and safer to board from the water. The curved mounting arms are routed over or onto the deck and also serve as comfortable handrails and support points during ascent.
The ladder is made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel, which is suitable for marine use. It is available with 3, 4, or 5 steps and features a foldable construction, allowing the lower part to be tilted up when the ladder is not in use.
The oval steps provide a wider and more comfortable tread surface than traditional round tube steps. The top side is fitted with a non-slip plastic coating for better grip. The 5-step variant is designed with 2 fixed and 3 foldable steps.
The ladders have an overall width of 260 mm, a center-to-center distance of 240 mm, and tubes with a diameter of 22 mm. The length depends on the variant and is 670 mm, 910 mm, or 1150 mm, respectively. The mounting is intended for a suitable horizontal surface or over the deck and not for direct mounting on a vertical transom surface. When in use, it is recommended that at least two steps are positioned underwater.
Compatible mounts
The ladder can be made removable with the quick-coupling/quick-release set with item no. 49.560.00, which is sold separately. The set consists of two plates and two brackets and is intended for 22 mm ladder tubes. The discontinued bracket set with item no. 49.561.00 is also documented as compatible.
