Chrome-plated brass deck filler with FUEL marking is intended for refueling boats. This version features a 30° angled connection neck with a Ø 38 mm tailpipe and is suitable for installation on a sloped filling surface.
The filler is made of chrome-plated brass and has a shiny, metallic finish. The cap has an integrated, fold-out handle that is lifted and turned to open without the need for a key, coin, screwdriver, or other loose tools. An internal safety chain connects the cap to the filler, preventing it from being lost during refueling.
The cap has a flush, low-profile design and completely covers the bolted flange when closed. This construction protects the screw flange and improves resistance to water ingress around the mounting. The maximum diameter is 88 mm; this dimension is not the specified mounting hole size.
The filler is mounted to the deck or a similar filling surface using a flange and screws. The Ø 38 mm neck is the connection size for the fuel hose, while the angled design leads the connection 30° away from the mounting surface. The product is RINA type-approved, and the angled design is specified in accordance with ISO 8099/1.
A separate lockable FUEL cap without a connection neck is available as item no. 20.668.21. This is an alternative cap option and is not the keyless cap included with this filler.
