Recessed bushing for Ø 38 mm carbon pole with hinged cover is a straight mounting bushing for carbon poles in bimini and sunshade systems. The recessed mount provides an integrated installation, while the cover closes and protects the open pole holder when the pole is removed.
The bushing is made of stainless steel and features a hinged closure as well as a locking/retaining gasket. A mounting counter-flange is included, which supports the installation from the back. An additional or replacement counter-flange can be purchased separately under item no. 46.814.90.
The product is intended for carbon poles with a diameter of 38 mm. The documented drawing dimensions are A: 95 mm, B: 141.5 mm, C: 56 mm, and D: 74 mm. The measurements follow the product's dimensioned drawing and should be checked against the planned installation site. The mounting holes are specified with a diameter of 6.60 mm.
The bushing is prepared for water drainage through a pipe or hose with a diameter of 12 mm. This allows water to be led away from the recessed installation. The cover can be supplied with a custom logo upon request.
