Reinforced fork joint with double locking screw is a pipe fitting for joints in bimini and canopy constructions. This variant is intended for pipes with a 25 mm outside diameter.
The cylindrical clamping part is mounted around the pipe and secured with two locking/grub screws. The fork part forms a bolted or movable connection point against a suitable mating bracket.
The fitting is made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel. The material and the highly polished surface make the fitting suitable for visible pipe constructions in maritime environments.
The fitting has a height of 31 mm and an outside diameter of 33 mm over the cylindrical pipe clamp. The fork gap is 8 mm, the fork arms are 5 mm thick, and the measurement from the pin area to the transition at the clamping part is 30 mm.
