Description

Garmin EmpirBus™ NXT DCM

An EmpirBus digital switching system consists of one or more compact digital DCMs. The DCM supports multiple circuits that are customized to meet the precise needs of the equipment being controlled. Each DCM connects to the existing NMEA 2000 ® network backbone so that it can communicate with the other DCMs and Garmin MFDs via a web viewer on the Garmin marine network.

With multiple input functions and ranges, the NXT DCM unit is an extremely versatile and cost-effective way to provide full control of your vessel. It has a smaller footprint and is easy to install and service.

All output channels are electronically protected and have undercurrent protection and soft stop/start. The channels can be electronically dimmed and drive complex loads such as LED lighting or windshield wipers.
