The Garmin GDT™ 43 depth and temperature transducer is a thru-hull sensor that delivers precise water depth and temperature readings directly to your instrument system. The transducer is ideal for both new installations and retrofitting, as it is compatible with existing Nexus and Silva 43 mm thru-hull installations (TH43).
The GDT™ 43 comes with an NMEA 2000® adapter, making it possible to connect the transducer directly to an NMEA 2000 network without additional boxes or converters. Data can then be displayed on a compatible Garmin chartplotter or instrument display, providing a clear and integrated overview of depth and temperature on board.
The thru-hull solution ensures stable and accurate readings, even when traveling at higher speeds, and is therefore suitable for both sailboats and motorboats where reliability and integration into existing networks are essential.
