The antenna is 1.2 m long and made of the best raw materials, and composed of a fiberglass rod, which makes it more stable/calm. The rod is UV-treated and with a reinforcement to protect the internal brass elements. The antenna is for mounting on both sailing and motor boats thanks to various optional mounting brackets. The base of the antenna is 5/8" x 24 threaded, which can be matched with optional brackets via an adapter.
Furthermore, the antenna can be supplied with high quality Glomex RG8X low loss coaxial cable. The cable is offered in different lengths and is already pre-installed with FME connectors. All these features allow boat owners to have great freedom in the implementation of VHF/FM/DAB & AIS systems and have an extremely easy and quick installation thanks to the FME-UHF adapter and various optional mounting brackets.
