This corrosion-resistant medium-pressure gas hose with G 1/4 LH union nuts at both ends from GOK is a flexible, pre-assembled 1000 mm hose line. It is intended for connections between fittings, gas-consuming appliances, and pipelines in gas installations, including onboard installations.
The hose is made of rubber with a textile inlay and has the manufacturer's hose dimension of 6.3 x 3.5 mm. Both ends are equipped with brass union nuts and stainless steel ferrules. The construction is corrosion-resistant and suitable for installations where components may be exposed to a maritime environment.
The connections are G 1/4 LH union nuts with left-hand thread and a conical sealing surface. The hose line has a maximum allowable pressure of PS 10 bar and is cold-resistant down to -30 °C. It is covered by a DVGW type-examination certificate and is supplied with a label indicating the year of replacement.
Both counterparts must have a matching G 1/4 LH connection with a conical sealing surface. Installation and testing must be carried out in accordance with the applicable national regulations for LPG and gas installations. Check the connection type, seal, and the condition of the hose before assembly and use.
For private LPG installations on boats that follow DVGW G 608, pressure regulators and hose lines must be replaced no later than six years after the manufacturing date. Defective or damaged parts must be replaced immediately, and local regulations at the place of installation must always be followed.
