This M5 compression fitting from GOK is a straight pipe connector for joining two 8 mm gas pipes. It is intended for gas and LPG pipe installations, including installations on board boats.
The fitting has an 8 mm female connection on both sides, thus forming a straight connection between two pipe sections of the same dimension. The design is part of the GOK M5 system and follows DIN 8434-1.
The compression fitting can be used with the documented RVS 8 × RST 8 pipes with item nos. 50.013.30, 50.013.31, and 50.013.32. These pipes have lengths of 600, 800, and 1000 mm, respectively, and are intended for connection with M5 fittings.
For service and assembly, a spare cutting ring for 8 mm copper pipes is available with item no. 50.013.97, as well as a brass nut with item no. 50.013.98. The cutting ring must be replaced when the pipe is replaced.
