This GOK Marine Line low-pressure regulator is a fixed 30 mbar regulator with an integrated pressure gauge for LPG and cylinder gas installations on board. The regulator is connected to the gas cylinder system and reduces the inlet pressure to the nominal operating pressure of the gas appliances.
The EN61 regulator has a maximum capacity of 0.8 kg of gas per hour and belongs to capacity stage 1. The capacity must be selected based on the sum of the nominal gas consumption of the connected gas appliances. The maximum permissible inlet and system pressure is PS 16 bar.
The inlet has a Shell-F connection, while the outlet is designed as a G 1/4 LH-KN with a left-hand thread and cone nipple. The outlet is oriented at 90°. The integrated pressure gauge is located on the inlet side and allows for pressure monitoring as part of the gas installation check.
The regulator features a PRV safety relief valve, which activates at 150 mbar. A blow-off line can be fitted to the regulator’s 8 mm pipe nozzle so that accidental overpressure can be vented away from the installation area.
The construction is corrosion-resistant according to EN 16129, Annex M, and the regulator is intended for marine LPG installations with reference to EN ISO 10239. The Marine Line regulator is type-tested according to the relevant European requirements for pressure equipment and gas appliances, as well as the UKCA requirements for gas appliances.
The Shell-F inlet can be connected to the gas cylinder valve, item no. 50.013.10. Pipes 50.013.25, 50.013.26, and 50.013.27 can be connected to the G 1/4 LH outlet. These pipes lead to an 8 mm installation and can be connected to shut-off valve 50.013.14. Gas leak detector 50.013.16 can be mounted after the regulator. The components are related system parts and are not included.
The product has GOK manufacturer number 0128017, also written as 01 280 17.
