This GOK medium-pressure gas hose with G 1/4 LH union and RST 8 pipe nozzle is a 1000 mm flexible hose line for connecting components in LPG gas installations. It is designed for medium pressure and can be used in marine installations as well as in caravans and motorhomes.
The hose is made of rubber with textile reinforcement, which strengthens the construction, and features brass end fittings. The hose dimension is specified as 6.3 × 3.5 mm. The pressure rating is PS 10 bar, and the hose is cold-resistant down to −30 °C.
One end has a G 1/4 LH union nut with left-hand thread. The other end is designed as a smooth RST 8 pipe nozzle with a nominal outside diameter of 8 mm. The pipe nozzle is intended for mounting in a suitable 8 mm compression or cutting ring fitting and must not be confused with an 8 mm female thread.
The hose can be connected between pressure regulator item no. 50.013.12 and shut-off valve item no. 50.013.14. The flexible design makes it suitable as a transition between the regulator and the installation's fixed 8 mm gas pipe. The product has a DVGW type-examination certificate and is manufactured according to DIN 4815, part 2.
The hose line is supplied with a label indicating the recommended replacement year. The manufacturer part number is 04-436-00, alternatively written as 0443600.
