GOK medium-pressure gas hose G 1/4 LH-ÜM x RST 8 is an 800 mm flexible gas hose for connections between gas fittings, pipelines, and gas-consuming appliances in marine LPG installations.
The hose has a G 1/4 LH-ÜM connection with left-hand thread and union nut at one end, and an RST 8 pipe nozzle for 8 mm systems at the other. The pressed end fittings provide a permanent connection between the hose and the connectors.
The hose is made of rubber with textile reinforcement. The connections are made of brass, while the press sleeves are made of stainless steel. The construction is corrosion-resistant and intended for use in maritime gas installations.
The maximum permissible pressure is PS 10 bar, and the hose is cold-resistant down to −30 °C. The hose dimension is stated as 6.3 × 3.5 mm. The marine version is DVGW-type approved and provided with a marking indicating the year of replacement.
The G 1/4 LH end can be connected to the 30 mbar pressure regulator with pressure gauge, item no. 50.013.12. The RST 8 pipe nozzle is intended for the documented 8 mm connection on the shut-off valve with item no. 50.013.14.
