This flexible PVC insert for fender profile 44.485.10 is the standard grey version, supplied on a 24 m roll. The insert is used as the flexible outer component in an aluminium-based fender profile system.
The insert is manufactured from flexible PVC and is fitted into the compatible anodised aluminium profile with item no. 44.485.10. The base profile has dimensions of H 38 mm and A 9 + 5 mm; these are compatibility measurements for the aluminium profile and not the cross-sectional dimensions of the PVC insert itself.
This version is finished in grey and is the standard model. It should not be confused with the grey oversize version, which has a different item number. The 24 m roll format allows the insert to be adapted to the profile lengths used.
Matching end caps are available for the profile system: item no. 44.479.03 in black plastic, 44.579.03 in white plastic, 44.485.01 in chrome-plated brass, and 44.484.01 in stainless steel. Aluminium profile and end caps are ordered separately.
