Pressure regulator with pressure gauge for the Rafale shrink gun from Guilbert Express is a country-specific propane regulator for region 2. The variant features a British POL G.7 connection and is intended for gas cylinders in the UK, Canada, and Ireland.
The regulator reduces the cylinder inlet pressure of 4–16 bar to an adjustable outlet pressure of 1.5–3.5 bar. The gas flow rate is 10–12 kg/hour. The integrated safety feature automatically cuts off the gas supply in the event of a hose rupture or excessive gas flow, and the regulator has a reset button to restore operation after activation.
The inlet follows the British POL G.7 standard and has a G 5/8 left-hand thread. The outlet has a 3/8 G left-hand threaded connection for the Rafale system's gas hose. The variant has manufacturer number 693R2.
The regulator is compatible with the Guilbert Express Rafale 4040 and Rafale+ 4065, as well as the propane-powered Rafale Black Edition+ shrink gun with item no. 46.177.00. The system is used professionally for shrinking polyethylene film for applications such as enclosure, winter storage, palletizing, and packaging.
