This semi-recessed ON-OFF-OUT battery switch is a manual single-circuit switch for a DC battery circuit. The rotary knob is used to connect and disconnect power and can be pulled out completely when the switch is in the OUT position. The removable knob thus acts as a simple anti-theft device against immediate operation.
The switch is rated for 300 A continuous at 50 V DC, 500 A intermittent, and up to 1000 A for 30 seconds. Connection is made via two main terminals with a diameter of 10 mm.
The housing is made of polycarbonate and has an IP68 rating. The semi-recessed flange mount provides a front flange of 72 × 72 mm with four mounting holes and a hole spacing of 57 × 57 mm. The recommended mounting cutout is Ø61 mm.
The knob protrudes 38 mm in front of the mounting surface, while the maximum depth behind the mounting surface is 29 mm to the bottom of the terminals. The rear-facing housing section is specified at 19 mm. The central knob and housing section is 46 mm wide, and the height of the knob section is 25 mm.
The flange and housing are black, while the rotary knob is red. The positions are marked with green and red fields as well as a white symbol field on the knob.
