This Heavy Duty MKII marine battery switch is designed for manual disconnection of the battery supply in marine electrical installations. The switch features an ON/OFF function and must be mounted on the battery's positive cable.
The switch is rated for a maximum continuous current of 280 A and can handle up to 2500 A for a maximum of 5 seconds. The load data allows for selecting the switch based on the installation's continuous current and short-term peak load.
The black housing is made of polycarbonate, and the control is protected by a sealed PVC cap. Two keys are included. A documented spare key can be ordered under item no. 14.385.34.
The model is designed for flange mounting and has a flange diameter of Ø 66 mm. The electrical connection studs measure 10 mm. The product is CE type-approved and tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU and specified according to the UNI EN ISO 8846 standard.
