Heavy-duty busbar with transparent cover is a common electrical connection and distribution point for installations with a voltage of up to 48 V. This Shared Bus Bar variant has a continuous current rating of 150 A.
The busbar has 12 connection positions distributed over 10 branch terminals of 4 mm and 2 power terminals of 6 mm. The specifications 10 × 4 mm and 2 × 6 mm describe the quantity and terminal sizes and should not be understood as cable cross-sections.
The base is made of technopolymer and measures 149 × 32 mm. The conductive bar is made of tinned copper, while the screws are made of stainless steel. The transparent cover allows for visual inspection of the connections.
The cables are attached directly to the bar without intermediate nuts. The power cables can be oriented in any direction, providing flexibility for cable routing and placement in the electrical installation.
