Horseshoe-shaped lifebuoy in polyethylene with polyurethane foam is a rigid, molded lifebuoy for safety and rescue equipment on leisure boats. The horseshoe-shaped construction features an orange polyethylene exterior and is filled with expanded polyurethane foam.
The lifebuoy measures 35 × 60 cm. The orange material makes the buoy visible and easily recognizable as rescue equipment on board.
The product meets the requirements of the Italian ministerial decree D.M. 385/99 for leisure sailing. This approval should not be equated with MED, SOLAS, CE, or ISO certification.
For the lifebuoy, a holder is available (item no. 22.418.01) as well as a white ABS container (item no. 22.420.02). Compatible protective bags are available in white as item no. 22.430.04, blue as item no. 22.430.05, and gray as item no. 22.430.06. A complete rescue kit is available as item no. 22.420.01 and contains this lifebuoy along with a floating rescue light, line, and white ABS container.
