This Hot Water EPDM rubber hose is a saltwater and heat-resistant hot water and cooling water hose for marine cooling systems, heat exchangers, and water heaters. This variant has an internal diameter of 15.8 mm, an external diameter of 23 mm, and is supplied in a 40 m coil.
The hose is made of EPDM rubber and can withstand temperatures from −40 °C to +120 °C. This makes it suitable for the circulation of hot water or coolant in installations where the hose is exposed to both heat and saltwater.
The construction is reinforced with synthetic textile and has a working pressure of 10 bar, equivalent to 150 psi. The smooth surface facilitates handling and mounting in relevant hose installations. The hose is black with an orange identification stripe.
The approximate weight is 0.42 kg per meter. The internal diameter of 15.8 mm corresponds to the nominal 16 mm hose size used when installing AUTOTERM Flow liquid heaters.

The hose can be used to complete installations with AUTOTERM Flow liquid heaters with part numbers 50.261.12, 50.262.12, and 50.262.24. This relation does not limit the hose's other applications in suitable cooling and hot water systems.
