This female-female hose barb adapter is a mounting part for connecting separate hose barbs to selected dual RACOR fuel filters. The adapter is mounted between the filter connection and the chosen hose barb.
The straight adapter features internal threads at both ends and a central hexagonal wrench surface, which allows it to be tightened with a suitable tool. The full thread combination and thread standard are not specified, and the adapter should therefore be selected based on the specified filter and hose barb compatibility.
The adapter fits the dual filter 17.667.31, type 751000VMA0, as well as the all-metal dual filter 17.667.52, type 751000VMAM10. 2 adapters are used per filter. The item is sold individually.
For installation, one can choose between hose barbs 17.198.07 for 13 mm hose, 17.198.08 for 16 mm hose, and 17.198.09 for 20 mm hose. All three hose barbs have a 1/2" male thread. The adapter is also linked to the older RACOR filter 17.667.30, type 75/900/MA.
