Female shore power connector in polycarbonate and Moplen, 50 A is a cable-mounted connector for electrical shore power connection between the boat's shore power cable and a fixed inlet. The connector is designed for 220/110 V and a maximum current of 50 A.
The connector housing is manufactured from polycarbonate and Moplen, while the electrical contacts are made of brass with a silver-plated surface. The design is part of a waterproof connector and inlet series for marine installations, where the connection is exposed to moisture and weather.
The connector fits the fixed 50 A inlet with item no. 14.325.00. The separate soft, blue PVC protective cap with item no. 14.327.00 is used for a waterproof installation and is not included.
Documented compatible shore power cables are the blue cable 14.595.01 and the white cable 14.595.02. Both have three 10 mm² conductors and an outer cable diameter of 19 mm. The connector is also used in the pre-assembled cable sets 14.334.20 (10 m) and 14.334.25 (15 m).
