This flush inspection hatch with hidden screws is a white, rectangular access hatch for rooms, storage areas, and onboard service installations. The hatch has external dimensions of 350 × 600 mm and a clear internal opening of 265 × 513 mm.
The flush design conceals the mounting screws and provides a uniform finish against the mounting surface. The lid can be opened 180°, providing unobstructed access through the hatch for inspection, storage, and service work.
The hatch is made of robust, white plastic with a UV-resistant surface and a rubber gasket. The top side has a non-slip finish, which provides better footing around the hatch on deck.
Installation requires a cutout of 280 × 530 mm. The size format is indicated as interchangeable with part numbers 20.301.00–20.302.00, but these products have a different construction and may have different internal dimensions and opening characteristics.
Locking kit 20.093.00 can be installed as an optional extra and is not included. White spare handle 20.339.00 is compatible with the hatch. Storage pocket 48.434.12 measuring 360 × 160 × 12 mm can also be mounted on the hatch. A digital 3D model is available for maritime professionals.
