White PVC base for stainless steel fender profile from Tessilmare is a semi-rigid backing profile for constructing a fender profile or rub rail on a boat's hull. This variant has a profile height of 30 mm and is intended for a stainless steel profile with a cross-section of 15 × 5 mm.
The base is made of semi-rigid PVC and is supplied as a 30 m roll. The roll format allows the profile to be routed along the boat's hull, while the semi-rigid construction forms a base for the associated stainless steel fender profile.
The profile shape features a central seat for the stainless steel profile as well as side flanges. The measurement 15 × 5 mm describes the cross-section of the compatible stainless steel profile and is therefore not the full cross-section of the PVC base.
The base is combined with the D-shaped stainless steel fender profile with item no. 44.480.11. This product relationship ensures proper fitment between the 30 mm high PVC base and the stainless steel profile.
