This PVC base profile for C-shaped fender profile is a white, profiled base for constructing a marine hull protection system. It is supplied as a single coiled profile with a total length of 24 m.
The base profile is made of UV-resistant PVC for outdoor and marine use. The cross-section measures 46 mm in width and 22 mm in height and features a curved upper side as well as a central internal profile and mounting groove.
The profile is intended as a base for the C-shaped stainless steel fender profile Profilo 28 with countersunk mounting holes, item no. 44.480.30. The compatible cover profile is 28 mm wide and is supplied separately in 3 m lengths.
The system can be finished with the separate mirror-polished end cap in AISI 316 stainless steel, item no. 44.484.36. The material and surface specifications AISI 316 and mirror-polished apply to the separate stainless steel system parts and not to this PVC base profile.
