This round easy-open inspection hatch is a white, waterproof access hatch with a nominal size of 152 mm. It provides access to inspection, maintenance, and technical areas within boat installations.
The cover opens and closes by rotating it in the thread. A rubber O-ring ensures a watertight seal, while a slightly raised handle makes it easier to grip and unscrew the cover. The handle means the cover is not flush-mounted.
The hatch housing is made of polypropylene and has an outer diameter of 206 mm. The clear opening diameter is 155 mm. The 152 mm designation is the product's nominal size variant and should therefore not be confused with the actual clear opening.
The hatch is mounted in a round hole with a specified diameter of 164 mm. Check the mounting hole, clear opening, and outer flange diameter before installation to ensure there is sufficient space both in and around the opening.
