This flexible PVC insert for anodized aluminum fender profile from Tessilmare is the white variant in a series of interchangeable inserts for the boat's fender and rub rail profile. The insert is supplied on a 24 m roll and forms the flexible PVC part of the modular profile system.
The insert has a total profile height of 16.2 mm and a maximum upper profile width of 27.2 mm. The lower width is 23.4 mm, while the central span between the profile shoulders is 17 mm. The dimensions describe the cross-section of the PVC insert itself.
The white variant is compatible with the separate anodized aluminum fender profiles with item no. 44.486.10 and 44.487.10. The insert is placed in the profile's central groove and makes it possible to combine the dimensionally stable aluminum profile with a flexible outer side in PVC.
The aluminum profiles are not included. Profile 44.486.10 has an extra cable cover lip, while 44.487.10 is made without this lip. Both profiles use the same type of PVC insert.
The system can be finished with separate end caps: black plastic with item no. 44.486.01, white plastic with item no. 44.586.01, or stainless steel with item no. 44.484.02. The insert is also available as a black variant 44.486.11 and a gray variant 44.486.13.
