Built-in stainless steel gas hob with 2 burners is a super-compact LPG hob for flush mounting in a countertop. The Navyload NL.22002 measures 323 × 528 mm and requires a cutout of 305 × 508 mm. It can be used in correctly ventilated installations in, among other things, boats, motorhomes, and caravans.
The hob features a semi-rapid burner of 1750 W and an auxiliary burner of 1000 W. Ignition is manual using a match or a separate electric lighter, while the control knobs provide access to maximum, minimum, and off positions. A thermoelectric safety system cuts off the gas supply within a few seconds if the flame is extinguished accidentally.
The hob is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a bright, polished surface. The side-facing gas inlet has a smooth, cylindrical connection end with an outside diameter of 8 mm and at least 30 mm of straight connection length. Gas consumption is stated as 204 g/hour. The gas type and supply pressure must always be checked against the appliance's data plate, and the regulator on the gas cylinder must comply with EN 12864.
Installation is performed as a class 3 build-in with screw fastening. The critical side distances are X 55 mm and Y 100 mm according to the installation diagram, and there must be at least 650 mm from the pan support to an overhead cabinet or range hood. Any protective partition plate beneath the appliance should be placed 20-150 mm from the underside of the hob. Installation and gas work must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with current local regulations.
The installation area must have sufficient natural or mechanical ventilation, as combustion products are not discharged through an integrated flue. The air supply must correspond to at least 2 m³/hour per kW of installed power. For a direct fresh air supply, a free opening of at least 100 cm² is required.
The auxiliary burner has a diameter of 67 mm and is intended for flat-bottomed pots with a diameter of 100-120 mm. The semi-rapid burner has a diameter of 88 mm and fits pots of 160-220 mm. The optional double pan support, item no. 50.100.92, can be used to stabilize cookware during use.
Cleaning must be performed when the hob is cold. Stainless steel parts are cleaned with warm soapy water, while removable burner caps and flame spreaders can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Steam cleaners must not be used, and saltwater as well as acidic or corrosive foods should be removed from the surface without undue delay.
