Built-in telescopic boarding ladder in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel with an integrated flush-mount cassette for recessed installation in a boat's swim platform or similar platform/transom structure. When not in use, the ladder is stored hidden inside the cassette, keeping the platform area clear.
The ladder is pulled manually out of the cassette and telescopes to its full length. The front plate closes with a snap closure or latch, and the design features a 100° opening/working angle. It is available with either 3 or 4 telescopic steps. The 4-step model features white steps, tube diameters of 19, 25, 32, and 38 mm, a maximum ladder width of 315 mm, 1156 mm when open, and 394 mm when closed.
Depending on the variant, length A is 870 or 1168 mm. The cassette housing measures 454 × 335 × 45 mm on one variant, while the other has specified outer dimensions of approx. 493 × 337 mm and a stated material thickness of 3.0 mm. The front plate measures 390 × 85.5 mm and has a thickness of 3 mm on one variant. The center-to-center distance of the mounting holes is 371 mm horizontally and 69 mm vertically.
The cassette is not watertight and must be mounted above the waterline in an installation space, locker, or cavity with drainage and secure water runoff. There must be sufficient space and access for installation and drainage. During installation, apply silicone around the ladder and cassette, and allow the silicone to cure for 24 hours. Always check the included installation manual, installation dimensions, mounting hole spacing, and the physically supplied product revision before permanent cutting.
