This flush-mount bushing in AISI 316 stainless steel for the Mickey system is designed with a swivel lid and intended for attaching flexible bimini poles with a diameter of 16 mm. The flush-mount design provides a recessed pole base in the deck.
The bushing is installed in the deck and secured with a fastening counter-ring. It can be installed in decks with a thickness from 2 to 50 mm. The swivel lid can be turned over the opening when the pole is not installed. The lid should not be confused with the waterproof lid on the separate variant 46.825.02.
The construction is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The documented drawing dimensions are A: 58 mm, B: 58 mm, C: 54 mm, D: 5 mm, and E: 26 mm. The letters refer to the product's dimension drawing and have therefore not been renamed to, for example, flange diameter, bore diameter, or installation depth.
The bushing is part of the modular and self-tightening Mickey bimini system, which can be assembled in various configurations for sun shading and protection against water. Documented Ø16 mm Mickey poles include item nos. 46.826.14, 46.826.15, 46.826.17, and 46.826.18. The fastening clamp 46.825.09 is a related system component for attaching the bimini fabric to the pole.
