Recessed bushing with swivel lid for Ø 50 mm carbon fiber pole in a 6° angled design is intended for installation as a pole holder in a bimini system. The 6° angle makes it possible to mount the bushing where the bimini pole needs to be positioned at an angle relative to the mounting surface.
The bushing is manufactured from stainless steel and features a 180° rotating swivel lid. When the carbon fiber pole is not installed, the lid is rotated over the opening to protect the interior of the bushing and provide a discreet finish to the installation. The lid can be supplied with a custom logo upon request.
The top flange has an outer diameter of 108 mm, while the cylindrical bushing has an outer diameter of 70 mm. The installation depth from the mounting surface to the bottom of the main body is 150 mm. Mounting is performed through three Ø 6.6 mm holes located on a Ø 90 mm bolt circle.
The bushing fits a carbon fiber pole with a diameter of 50 mm. It is prepared for water drainage via a Ø 12 mm pipe or hose, allowing water ingress to be diverted away from the built-in holder. The straight version without the 6° angle has item no. 46.820.00.
