This recessed socket for Ø38 mm carbon pole with swivel lid is designed in a straight version for flush mounting. It serves as a base for a removable pole and is suitable for documented Bimini and boarding systems with a Ø38 mm pole.
The socket is made of stainless steel and features a swivel lid that can be rotated 180°. When the pole is removed, the lid closes discreetly over the socket opening, protecting it when the system is not in use. The swivel lid can also be customized with a logo upon request.
The construction is prepared for water drainage via a Ø12 mm hose or a Ø12 mm pipe. The drainage hose is not documented as included. The product and mounting dimensions in the drawing are A 95 mm, B 141.5 mm, C 56 mm, and D 74 mm.
When used with compatible Bimini poles, the pole is inserted into the socket, turned 90°, and locked. The socket fits fixed Ø38 mm carbon poles with item nos. 46.816.02, 46.816.04, 46.816.06, 46.816.07, 46.816.08, and 46.816.10, as well as the two-piece carbon poles 46.818.09 and 46.818.11. It can also be combined with the removable boarding pole 49.568.10.
A separate mounting counter-flange is available as item no. 46.815.90. The counter-flange is not documented as an included part.
