Recessed deck mount for Ø38 mm carbon fiber pole with hinged cover in a 6° angled design is intended for flush mounting of carbon fiber poles in bimini and canopy systems.
The mount is made of stainless steel and comes with a hinged cover and a locking/retaining gasket. When the pole is not mounted, the cover closes discreetly over the recessed mount and protects the opening.
The included mounting counter-flange secures the installation from the underside. The counter-flange has item no. 46.814.90 and can also be purchased separately as an additional mounting part. The mount is also prepared for water drainage through a pipe or hose with Ø12 mm, so that water can be led away from the installation.
The technical dimension drawing indicates dimension A as Ø95 mm, B as 141.5 mm, C as Ø56 mm, and D as Ø74 mm. The dimensional references should be used together with the drawing when planning the cutout and installation.
The cover can be customized with a logo upon request. The product is specifically intended for carbon fiber poles with a diameter of Ø38 mm; compatibility with specific pole models must be assessed based on this documented diameter and the installation dimensions.
