Flush-mount socket for Ø50 mm carbon fiber pole with hinged lid in a straight design is intended for flush mounting of a carbon fiber pole on a boat. It can be integrated into systems with carbon fiber poles for sunshades and biminis.
The socket is made of stainless steel and features an integrated hinged lid. When the pole is not installed, the lid closes discreetly over the recessed opening. The design also includes a locking/retaining gasket.
The straight variant has an installation depth of 150 mm. The flange diameter is 108 mm, the recessed cylindrical part has a diameter of 70 mm, and the mounting circle is 90 mm. The mounting holes in the socket are specified as Ø6.60 mm.
The socket is prepared for water drainage through a pipe or hose with Ø12 mm. A mounting counter-flange with item no. 46.814.90 is included; the holes in the counter-flange are specified as Ø7.50 mm.
The lid can be supplied with a custom logo upon request. This variant is documented exclusively for carbon fiber poles with an Ø50 mm outer diameter.
