This AISI 316 bimini and canopy fitting is an internal eye end fitting for tubes with a nominal outside diameter of 22 mm. It is used as an end connection on tube frames for biminis, canopies, or sunshades.
The cylindrical insert has an outside diameter of 19 mm and is inserted into the tube, while the eye part remains outside the tube. The total height of the fitting is 47.5 mm. The design allows the tube to be connected to a suitable fork or mounting bracket using a pin or bolt.
The nominal pin/bolt size of the connection system is 6 mm, while the through-clearance hole in the eye measures Ø7 mm. The two measurements describe the nominal connection size and the actual diameter of the hole, respectively.
The fitting is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The glossy finish naturally complements other polished fittings in tube-based bimini and canopy systems.
