Intelligent windshield wiper control system is designed for controlling 2 electric windshield wipers in a 12/24 V DC system. The scope of delivery includes a control panel and a separate relay box, which are connected by a CAN-bus cable with two plugs.
The two windshield wipers can be activated individually or simultaneously. The system synchronizes wiper operation at all speed levels so that both wipers can work in coordination when used together.
With two-speed motors, there are 3 interval levels and up to 2 continuous speed levels. When connecting single-speed motors, the system supports 4 interval levels and 1 continuous speed level.
The control features a parking cycle and an automatic wash/wipe cycle. An additional control panel can be added if the windshield wipers also need to be operated from a second helm station.
Each wiper motor is protected by an internal auto-reset fuse. The system also features reverse polarity protection. The front dimensions of the control panel are 100 × 98 mm.
