This intelligent windshield wiper control system is designed for controlling three marine windshield wipers in a 12/24 V system. It is supplied as a complete control system with a control panel and a separate relay box.
The control panel and relay box are connected via a CAN bus cable with plugs. The system allows each windshield wiper to be activated individually or all three to be started together. Three interval levels are available, while a system with single-speed wiper motors provides four interval levels.
Depending on the connected motors, the control supports one or two continuous speeds. The windshield wipers can be synchronized at all speed levels, and the parking cycle ensures a controlled stop when the motors support a parking function. The automatic wash cycle integrates window washing and wiper operation into the same system.
The 3-wiper variant has two inputs and a parallel 8-pin connection, which can be used together or separately. An additional control panel can be connected if the windshield wipers also need to be controlled from a second control station.
Each wiper motor is protected by an internal auto-reset fuse. The system also features reverse polarity protection. The front dimensions of the control panel are 100 × 98 mm. This model has been discontinued.
