This extra suction inlet for the SeaVac central vacuum cleaner 50.850.05 provides an additional, remotely located connection point for the vacuum hose. The inlet is intended for fixed installation in the SeaVac system and makes it possible to bring the vacuum access point closer to the area to be cleaned.
When the vacuum hose is inserted into the suction inlet, the central unit activates automatically. The central unit stops again when the hose is removed. Therefore, there is no need to place a separate control switch at each inlet.
One SeaVac central unit can be connected to up to 10 remote suction inlets. The maximum documented distance between the central unit and a suction inlet is 12 m, which makes it possible to establish several practical access points in the boat's interior.
The system installation uses installation pipe item no. 16.104.38. The necessary straight couplings and T-couplings for the pipe are supplied with the system components 50.850.05-06. A 45° coupling for an additional suction pipe is available as item no. 50.850.08, while replacement bags for the central unit are available as item no. 50.850.07.
