This Isotherm marine compressor refrigerator in the CR / Cruise series is model CR42/V with a capacity of 42 liters and operation on 12/24 V DC. The front-opening refrigerator features a single compartment, a silver-colored door, and is intended for onboard cooling.
The cooling system uses a maintenance-free, hermetic Secop compressor with forced ventilation. The compressor speed is regulated between 2,000, 2,500, and 3,000 rpm, depending on the volume to be cooled.
The compressor can be remote-mounted from the refrigerator cabinet. The depth of the refrigerator is 452 mm with the compressor in the standard position and 310 mm with remote mounting, which provides greater flexibility when space behind the cabinet is limited.
The electronic voltage protection switches off the refrigerator if the voltage drops below 10.4 V and restarts it at 11.7 V. The limits can be adjusted to 9.6 and 10.9 V, respectively. The stated energy consumption is 275 W/24 h and should not be confused with the refrigerator's instantaneous power.
The cabinet measures 380 mm in width and 520 mm in height. The net weight is 13.5 kg. The model does not have eutectic cold storage.
An optional black finish/mounting frame is available with item no. 50.934.01, as well as a stainless steel frame with item no. 50.934.02.
