This cable-mounted shore power plug is intended for shore power connection on boats and is rated for 220 V and 30 A. The blue design is part of a coordinated series of shore power plugs and sockets.
The plug housing is made of polycarbonate and Moplen, which is a polypropylene material. The electrical contacts are made of silver-plated brass, and the integrated cable locking system secures the installed cable.
The plug features a snap-lock closure and can be used with the corresponding sockets with item no. 14.331.00 and 14.331.05. The product does not have an independently documented IP rating. For a waterproof installation, use the corresponding blue protective cap with item no. 14.333.00.
Compatible three-core cables include item no. 14.592.01 and 14.592.02 with 3 × 2.5 mm² conductors and 11 mm outer cable diameter, item no. 14.597.01 with 3 × 4 mm² conductors and 12.3 mm outer cable diameter, as well as item no. 14.593.01 and 14.593.02 with 3 × 6 mm² conductors and 14 mm outer cable diameter. The cable dimensions describe the compatible cables and not the dimensions of the plug itself.
