U-joint bellows for MerCruiser sterndrives with OEM reference 60932A4. The bellows are intended for selected MC-I, R, MR, Alpha One, and TR/TRS drives and must not be confused with an exhaust bellows.
The flexible, ribbed bellows are mounted at the sterndrive gimbal housing and enclose the U-joint. They form a barrier designed to prevent water from entering through the gimbal housing to the U-joint and drive shaft. This version is designed with a mounting flange.
Compatibility includes MerCruiser MC-I, R, MR, Alpha One first generation, as well as TR/TRS. This includes, among others, R/MR/Alpha One sterndrives from 1983-1990 with serial numbers 6225577 to 0F386995 and corresponding transom assemblies with serial numbers 6216687 to 0F386995. TR/TRS is covered from 1977-1993 with serial numbers 4794900 and up.

Replaces OEM numbers
The direct OEM reference is 60932A4. This number replaces the previous reference 60932A1 and can therefore also be used in relevant older A1 applications when the drive model, serial number, and design match.
Older applications include, among others, MerCruiser 120/140 and 165 from 1970-1977, 225-S from 1974, 233 from 1975-1977, 250 from 1977, 470 from 1976-1977, 888 from 1971-1977, 898/228 from 1977, and selected 255-TRS, 280-TRS, and II-TR drives from 1973-1976.
Delimitation regarding other drives
This design is not intended for Alpha One Generation II or Bravo I, II, and III. It must also not be used as a replacement for the older MC-I bellows without a mounting flange. Alpha One Generation II uses OEM 816431A1, Bravo I/II/III uses OEM 86840A3, and the design without a mounting flange is associated with OEM 36223A2.
