This click base for bimini tops and sprayhoods is an externally mounted attachment point for the removable mounting of bimini and sprayhood frames. The base measures 90 × 40 mm and is manufactured from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel.
The click/snap coupling allows the attached part to be fastened and released without removing the base itself. The frame tube's eye terminal is inserted into the base opening and secured with a 6 mm connecting pin, allowing the bimini or sprayhood frame to be removed as needed.
The bracket is designed for frames with a tube diameter of Ø 22 or 25 mm. The construction is two-part: The lower section is screwed onto the surface, while the removable section can be released using the click lock. Mounting screws and screw specifications are not provided.
Item no. 46.670.40 is a documented combination product, where this stainless steel base is supplied together with an EPDM pad for gluing onto the pontoon or tube of an inflatable boat.
