This shore power cable with Marinco female connector and protective cap is a 10 m long, marine power supply cable for 16 A, 230 V shore power systems. The cable has three conductors with a cross-section of 3x6 mm² and is supplied pre-assembled on one end with a 3-pin female connector.
The cable features high-conductivity copper conductors and a double protective jacket. The inner jacket protects against accidental impacts and mechanical stress, while the outer jacket is resistant to seawater, corrosion, and oil. The cable jacket is yellow, and the cable itself has an outer diameter of 14 mm.
The pre-assembled female connector has three pins, nickel-plated brass contacts, and a housing made of high-strength, glass-fiber reinforced thermopolymer. The connector component is rated to IP56 and comes with a yellow, waterproof PVC protective cap.
The female connector is designed for connection with compatible 16 A/230 V inlets with item nos. 14.301.00, 14.302.00, and 14.303.00. The cable assembly consists of cable component 14.593.00, female connector 14.305.00, and protective cap 14.103.00. Connector 14.110.30 is documented for cable connection with this variant and a 16/30 A Pin Tail system.
The cable component is constructed according to IEC 60228 and EN 50363. The complete cable variant is rated for 16 A at 230 V; other current data for the raw cable do not apply to the finished cable assembly.
