This shore power cable with polyester braid and Cruiser plug is a 10 m cable for electrical connection between the boat's Cruiser shore power inlet and the power outlet on the quay. The cable set is intended for 220 V and a rated current of 16 A.
On the boat side, the cable is equipped with a 16 A Cruiser plug. The quay side has a tripolar industrial plug with item no. 14.335.01. The mounted quay-side plug is a 16 A male plug with an IP44 rating as an independent plug component; the rating does not serve as documentation for the IP class of the entire cable set.
The cable is protected by a special polyester braid, which reduces wear on the cable surface and provides a rope-like, maritime finish. This construction is also referred to as ROPE FEELING.
The cable length is 10 m, the external diameter including the sheathing is 12.4 mm, and the cable cross-section is 2.5 mm². Plugs at both ends make the cable ready for connection between the compatible Cruiser 16 A system on board and a suitable tripolar power outlet on the quay.
